The video for blow my mind garnered over one million YouTube views within 11 hours of its release making it the fastest Nigerian music video to cross that milestone, overtaking Wizkid’s Fever” and “Come Closer”.

Explaining why the video was able to amass such vuews within the shortest time possible, Konbini had this to say ‘Having Chris Brown on the track obviously helped the video. With his new album, Indigo, peaking at number one, and a meme-worthy music video featuring Drake making the rounds, there is a lot of attention on the Grammy-winner right now, so whatever he does is likely to lure viewers’.

Google today announced that it is expanding itś Digital Skills for Africa program to reach children in Nigeria, Kenya and South Africa.  Google is engaging local organizations via its partnership with the Cape Town Science Centre to train 200,000 students in Nigeria, Kenya, and South Africa within 1 year. CS First is a Google program aimed at children aged 9 to 16. Created by educators and computer scientists, CS First introduces coding and computer science to students in a collaborative and creative club environment. CS First club members build projects in Scratch (scratch.mit.edu), a blocks-based programming language. The training will be delivered through 26 collaborating organisations across Nigeria, Kenya and South Africa.
